Cold Brew Coffee
Cold brew has been becoming increasingly popular in recent years. Making cold brew coffee involves steeping the coffee grounds in cold water for a long time, usually between 12 and 24 hours. In contrast to typical hot-brewed coffee, the flavor is smoother, less acidic, and less bitter. Given that it can be made easily in significant quantities and kept in the refrigerator for about two weeks, served over ice, it is a summertime favorite.
